The Malacca core keeps the panel relatively lightweight, helping reduce total container weight and cut sea freight costs. Its internal structure is uniform with fewer hollow defects. When cutting, drilling and edge banding on CNC equipment, the board delivers clean cuts and less chipping to lower material waste. The core undergoes kiln drying to stabilise moisture, minimising warping risks during long-distance ocean transport. The melamine surface has moderate scratch and stain resistance, so finished furniture requires no extra painting. We can adjust patterns and surface effects to match different design requirements.
