Log Wooden Screen

This log wooden screen is a practical room divider that many overseas decor wholesalers and boutique hotel buyers keep asking about. We build it from solid natural log timber, keeping its original organic grain and subtle natural marks, which brings that cozy rustic look people love for indoor space styling. It works really well to separate zones inside homes, cafes and retail shop displays.

We send all raw logs through kiln drying first to stabilize moisture. This simple step greatly lowers the risk of cracking or warping during the long sea trip. Our workers manually sort logs piece by piece, setting aside timbers with heavy wormholes and mildew, while keeping natural knots to retain the popular rustic look. The anti-rust metal hinges move smoothly so buyers can adjust panel angles freely. Solid base supports hold the screen steady so it will not tip over easily. The wood oil finish preserves the natural wood touch while adding light protection against minor scratches. We can tweak sizes and add simple carving to fit what your local market needs.

We can arrange physical samples for you to inspect quality before mass production. Custom logo carving and shipping marks are available if you require them. Our team prepares all required export paperwork to support smooth customs clearance. We accept large wholesale orders and use layered protective packaging to reduce damage during transit. Pre-shipment inspection can also be scheduled upon request.
